高鹽廢水對活性污泥微生物的影響

1、導(dǎo)致微生物脫水死亡。
鹽濃度較高的情況下，滲透壓的變化是主因。細(xì)菌的內(nèi)部是一個半封閉的環(huán)境，必須與外部環(huán)境發(fā)生對其有利的物質(zhì)與能量的交換才能維持其生命活性，但是也必須阻止絕大部分的外界物質(zhì)進(jìn)入，以避免對其內(nèi)部的生物化學(xué)反應(yīng)的干擾與阻撓。
鹽濃度增加，導(dǎo)致細(xì)菌內(nèi)部溶液濃度低于外界，又因為水從低濃度向高濃度移動的特性，導(dǎo)致細(xì)菌體內(nèi)水分大量流失引起其內(nèi)部生物化學(xué)反應(yīng)環(huán)境變化，最終破壞其生物化學(xué)反應(yīng)進(jìn)程直至中斷，菌體死亡。
2、使微生物物質(zhì)吸收過程受干擾阻斷死亡。
細(xì)胞膜有選擇透過的特性，以過濾對細(xì)菌生命活動有害的物質(zhì)，吸收對其生命活動有益的物質(zhì)。而這個吸收過程受外部環(huán)境的溶液濃度，物質(zhì)純度等情況直接影響，而鹽的加入導(dǎo)致細(xì)菌的吸收環(huán)境受到干擾或者阻斷，最終引起細(xì)菌生命活性受到抑制甚至死亡。這種情況因細(xì)菌個體情況，品種情況，鹽的種類及鹽的濃度差異較大。
3、使微生物中毒死亡。
有些鹽會隨著細(xì)菌的生命活動進(jìn)入細(xì)菌內(nèi)部，破壞其內(nèi)部的生物化學(xué)反應(yīng)進(jìn)程，有些會與細(xì)菌的細(xì)胞膜發(fā)生作用，導(dǎo)致其性質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)變而不再起到保護(hù)作用或者不再能吸收某些對細(xì)菌有益的物質(zhì)，進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致細(xì)菌的生命活性受到抑制或者菌體死亡。其中以重金屬鹽為代表，一些殺菌方法既是利用此原理。
